These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.
Interpretation
"We", "us, "our", means Just2collect Group "You", "your" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions "Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. "Product" means the product or products you have ordered from us.
Before Placing an Order:
Payments Payment can either be made by credit/debit card - we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and PayPal, cheque or money order (UK Orders Only )
No order can be processed from anyone unless full payment is received. Customers should note that we would require an additional 3 working days from receipt for the clearance of cheques. Payments by credit/debit cards can be processed immediately. On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 14 working day from the full payment of monies due. If this time elapses and the goods have not arrived, you should contact your local post office to verify that no items are being held for you pending delivery. If your post office has confirmed that no packages are being held, please contact our Customer Services team by email to service@just2collect.co.uk
All delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur.
All delivery times quoted are estimates only; the times shown are based on working days.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
Price & Postage Prices shown on this site do not include VAT as we are not VAT registered. Postage and packaging charges are extra.
Confirming the Order Please note that all orders are made subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply. These are available on our web-site (www.just2collect.co.uk).
Once an Order Has Been Placed:
Your Cancellation Rights It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on 07930154643 before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven working days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team either by email at service@just2collect.co.uk quoting details of your order. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products and our delivery charges, however this is subject to the return of the goods in a saleable condition.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and undamaged, at your risk and at your cost within thirty days of delivery. Provided you return the unwanted products unused within thirty days of delivery, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product and our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
Return of Faulty or Sub-standard Products If the products you receive are faulty or have been damaged in transit please ensure that you contact our Customer Service team on service@just2collect.co.uk where a replacement or refund can be arranged.
Data Protection Any information collected during your transaction will not be passed to any 3rd Party. We may however notify you of other products and services which we believe may be of interest to you unless you notify us otherwise.
Limitation of Liability We will not be liable to you: - For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded. Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
Severability If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
Upon Receipt Of An Order
Seller Liability The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities or damages to goods delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller's liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.

In accordance with the following procedure: -
Repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, the invoice number (or payment details), your e-mail address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition.
Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service, as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. We will refund your return delivery charges if the return is made in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card or credit against invoice. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
We do not accept liability for any returns, which get lost in the post

Disclaimer No contract will subsist between you and Just2collect Group for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged or invoice paid. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
